You can access and use most portions of our site without revealing your identity to us.  We collect personal information through the site when you fill out an “Ask the Sodexo Dietitian” form or fill out an electronic comment card.  We use this information to respond to your specific questions.   We may post a question that you ask on our site, but we will not disclose your identity.

We collect information about how everyone uses our site, such as the most popular parts of the site, but that information does not identify you.  We use this information to improve and make adjustments to the site.

We do not share personal information collected through our site with anyone outside the Sodexo family, except in the following circumstances:

This site is not directed towards children. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this site with your parent’s or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect information from children and if we become aware that we have, we will delete such information from our files.

Sodexo may need to change this Privacy Statement from time to time.  We will highlight changes for a reasonable period after they become effective.
